PAYMENT & PROJECT TERMS

All Sales Are Final All service agreements and deposits are non-refundable. Once a project has been initiated and a deposit has been received, no refunds will be issued regardless of project stage or outcome.

Deposit Required to Begin A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before any work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and prior to final delivery. Your website, content, or deliverables will not be transferred, published, or handed over until payment is received in full.

No Payment, No Delivery Simple and clear — if payment is not received in full, your project will not be delivered, published, or transferred. This includes website files, login credentials, written content, graphics, and any other deliverables.

Right to Discontinue Partnership N&K Marketing Group reserves the right to discontinue any client relationship at our sole discretion. If we choose to end a partnership, any work completed up to that point will be delivered and any unused portion of retainer fees will be refunded on a prorated basis.

Client Responsibilities Timely feedback, approvals, and content submissions are required to keep projects on schedule. Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines. N&K Marketing Group is not responsible for project delays resulting from client unresponsiveness.

Intellectual Property All work product becomes the property of the client upon receipt of final payment in full. Prior to final payment, all work remains the property of N&K Marketing Group.
